Everything you need to know about downloading, printing and folding your Shopmarkx artwork and/or cards — from checkout to display.
Card Artwork
Step 1
Purchase
Browse the shop and choose the design that appeals to you. Every item is a digital product, so there’s no shipping, no waiting on a delivery truck, and no risk of it arriving damaged. You can buy as many designs as you like in a single order, and each one is delivered the same way.
Step 2
Instant Download
As soon as your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with a direct download link. You can also find every past purchase anytime by logging into My Account and checking your Order History — so even if the email gets buried, your files are never lost.
Step 3
Open the file on your computer, phone or suitable devices. Print it at home, online print shop or at any local print studio. Print the file on your desired graded printer paper (preferably a slightly heavier cardstock — it holds a fold much better and feels more like a real greeting card).
Step 4
Fold
For folded cards, score a light line down the center with a metric ruler — this gives you a crisp, clean crease instead of a rounded, uneven one. Fold along that score line and press firmly to set the crease.
Step 5
Display, Gift or Send
Your card or print is ready to use — slide it into an envelope to send, prop it up as a small display piece, or frame a full-size print for the wall. Whatever you choice is, you’ve got a finished, professional-looking piece made entirely at home

The format of the files you get will be high-resolution JPG and/or PDF files for digital cards, JPG and/or PNG files for digital artwork. The file or files are ready to print at home or via a professional print service.
JPG, PDF and PNG files open on any devices such as phones, tablet or computers using standard photo or PDF viewers.
The link to your download is available immediately after checkout – no delay, no waiting, no shipping.
You can print at common sizes like 8×10, 11×14,16×20 or larger and this depends on the design. This is so because files are provided In high resolution
Check your spam or junk inbox. If its not there, adding info@shopmarkx.com to your address book or safe list can help you locate these email in the future.
You can check your Oder History by clicking on “Log In” and then “My Account”. Your download link will be there at all times.
You can download for the first time provided the transaction hasn’t been canceled or removed. And you can re-download anytime if you need to.. Your download remains accessible in “My Account”.

Yes, every design is an original creation, developed in-house using AI-assisted design tools.

Yes! New designs and seasonal collections are added regularly, so check back often or follow @shopmarkx_ on Instagram for updates.
These designs are for personal use only. Reselling, redistributing, or commercial use of the files is not permitted without permission.
Once your made-to-order digital item is complete you will receive an email with a link to download your digital file.
Payments & Orders

Since digital downloads are delivered instantly, orders can’t be changed or canceled once purchased. Please double check your selection before completing checkout.
Due to the instant, downloadable nature of these products, all sales are final. If there’s an issue with your file (corrupted download, wrong file, etc.), please reach out and we’ll make it right.

Printing & Folding
Either works! Print at home if you have a good quality printer, or take the file to a local or online print shop for a more polished finish.
A matte or satin photo paper generally gives the best results for wall art, but glossy works well too depending on your preference.
Colors can vary slightly depending on your printer or print shop’s calibration, but files are designed to look vibrant and accurate across most standard printing methods.
Currently, all products are digital downloads only — you handle the printing, which means you’re in full control of the size and paper it’s printed on.

An account isn’t required to check out, but creating one makes it easy to access your download history anytime.
If your computer is unable to open the file, it’s possible that you’re missing the program required to open the file type. Reach out through our email info@shopmarkx.com and we’ll help resolve it as quickly as possible.
