Payment card details are never stored on our servers – these are handled entirely by our payment processor(s).

When you place an order through the site, we will:

Retain order data for 7 years to comply with the Irish tax and accounting obligations
Retain general enquires for up to 2 years

Retain shipping/delivery address data for POD orders only as long as necessary to fulfil and resolve issues with that order, and thereafter as part of standard order records under the 7-year retention period above

For POD orders specifically, your order may be produced at a facility located outside your own country or the EEA, as our production partner operates an international network of production facilities selected to minimise shipping distance and time; only the data necessary to produce and deliver your order (name and delivery address) is shared for this purpose.
